Selected as the VIN312’s first white, this Viognier presents a balance of floral aromas and wonderful peach and pineapple fruit on the nose. Fermented in stainless steal with good old fashioned Chicago ice to cool its fermentation, we maintained all the great aromas in the glass. On the palate it shows a fuller body with a round velvet finish!
