When I started on this rosé, I thought that production would be simple and easy. I quickly learned that making a rosé actually requires a great deal of tenderness and care, and I have a new respect it, hence the name.

This years Touché Rosé is made from Malbec and Tempranillo. It is was done in the Whole Cluster Press method taking special care to protect it from Oxygen to insure we preserved the delicate pink color. The light pink color with amazing full fruit aromas make this a great Rosé to share this Spring!

76% Malbec
24% Tempranillo
